ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of HDD manufacturing software applications using C#.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to manage and manipulate data in MS SQL databases.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards.
• Document software functionality and technical processes.
• Software deployment and evaluation of users’ feedback.
• Comply with project plans and industry standards.
• Work in a team with minimum supervision on a tight project deadline.

REQUIRED:

• BSc (Hons) in Computer Science or Information Technology ( or equivalent)
• Good knowledge in C#.NET, VB.NET, and LINQ
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Understanding of development to support abstract factory pattern with an object-oriented app approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Experience in DevOps (CI/CD)
• Familiar with containerized development (aka the Docker approach) and microservices architecture

PREFERRED:

• Interested in manufacturing-related environment
• Knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Good in preparing test cases and executing test plan
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Experience in AI/ML implementation is optional
• Possess full-stack development skills

SKILLS:

• Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal).
• Strong listening, communication, interpersonal and relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
