Job Summary:
You will partner with various functional groups, including Recruiting, Employee Relations, and Marketing, to ensure consistency in business practices. Your expertise will support local event activities and compliance with marketing standards, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Administrative Professionals.
- Conduct strategic business reviews and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and nurture top talent through coaching and training.
- Partner with Client Engagement/Events and Sponsorship teams.
- Ensure oversight for local control and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with functional groups to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Own all facets of the performance management process.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives for operational improvement.
- Lead and support projects for the Administrative Management team.
