- 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or consulting.
- Experience with people management in a business operations role or Learning and Development.
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing service level agreements across multiple industries.
- Experience building or managing education programs/platforms.
- Experience creating and delivering high-quality learning solutions and client-facing content across GCS or LCS (e.g., presentation decks, web content, case studies, multimedia-based eLearning, etc.).
