Year of relevant PM experience 15+ years
We are looking for people with PM / Agile and Digital transformation skills in the following sectors:
- Wealth and Asset Management
- Banking & Capital Markets
Client responsibilities
- Lead and manage full lifecycle implementation projects/programs for clients using leading practices, methods (i.e., Waterfall/Agile / SAFe.) and tools (i.e., JIRA, DevOps etc.)
- Lead large scale planning, execution and controlling activities on projects for client’s strategic benefits and objectives, or subsections of large/complex programs (i.e., Transformations, Complex IT implementations).
- Support the operations and governance of client’s large/complex projects and programs by designing and implementing multi-year Project Management Offices (PMO) or Transformation Management Offices (TMO).
- Perform feasibility studies and risk adjusted transformation benefit analyses.
- Establish and implement processes and methodologies based on best-in-class industry practices. Ability to devise PM processes for clients based on requirements.
- Manage risk management initiatives including risk planning, execution, and response development.
- Generate and publish Program health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders Support analysis of the data & metrics from programs/projects.
- Manage project deliverables like WBS, RAID dashboards, Project Plans, Change Management plans and reports.
- Communication and coordination with client representatives as part of engagement quality and delivery requirements and responsibilities. Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and continuously work to understand their industries, key performance drivers, business priorities and trends.
- Utilise existing relationships and develop new relationships to develop business opportunities.
- Be the trusted advisor of clients and be seen in the marketplace and be recognised as a first-choice solutions provider.
People responsibilities
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for reporting team staff.
- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining Program Management professionals.
- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff.
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.

What we look for
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- One or more of Industry certifications - PMI (PgMP/PMP/CAPM/SAFe/SPC)/Prince2/Six Sigma (Green/Black/Master Black Belt)
- 12-15 years of experience in portfolio/program management within professional services
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with and/or certified in PM tools of MS Project / MS Project Server/ Primavera/MS EPM/CA Clarity/HP PPM/Planview.
