Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing one, or more, high-performing engagement teams at an executive level within the practice and the firm. You can expect to work with high-level client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance specific functional areas within your specialized area of supply chain.

  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in your functional area of overall supply chain planning. Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and review new offerings that may assist the current customer base.
  • Delivery high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Report progress, proactively identify risk and ensure internal and external stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Build relationships internally and with client personnel focused on delivering quality client services. Strive to assist our clients by driving deep business insights and identifying additional areas of opportunity.
  • Understand EY, its service lines, and capabilities and continually evaluate incorporation of those capabilities to drive additional client value.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree (B. Tech., BCA etc) and / or master’s degree (MBA) from a reputed college
  • Approximately 1-4 years of experience in supply chain environment
  • Deep knowledge and implementation experience in one or more of the specific areas of expertise: demand planning, supply planning, sales and operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning (S&OP/ IBP), production planning and scheduling
  • Strong Implementation experiences with tools like Kinaxis, o9, OMP, Aera or SAP IBP in one or more of the above functional areas
  • Supply Chain process expertise in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Hitech and Electronics, Industrial Products, Process Industries (such as Chemicals, Oil & Gas)
