Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience exceeding sales goals.
Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer facing environment (e.g., on-boarding customers, building and maintaining a sales pipeline).
Ability to speak and write in English and Dutch fluently as this is a customer facing role working with English and Dutch speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in customer prospecting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, and strong analytical skills.
Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
Ability to communicate in French fluently to support French speaking customers.
