Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Policy team focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm-wide. You will support the global vision and strategy to respond to employee needs and regulatory requirements; as well deliver exceptional employee experience. You will provide global support, ensuring our policies meet employee needs and legal standards, are aligned to market trends, and are user-friendly. To be successful you must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management, working independently, working flexible hours to accommodate global meetings, and partnering with key stakeholders across HR to deliver seamless solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and adjust documents as needed to ensure compliance and adherence to identified risk and control activities, working closely with HR Law to determine actionable next steps.
Conduct or analyze benchmarking data to inform policy decisions.
Support policy changes to further optimize and simplify. Perform research to help develop proposals for policy changes or the creation of new policies.
Support control reviews and audits, ensuring all legal obligations are reviewed and aligned with policy updates.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Ability to engage and build partnerships to work across the Human Resources organization.
Understanding of the regulatory environment and the ability to interpret legal requirements.
Proficiency in analyzing data to identify opportunities for policy optimization and improvement.
Ability to support and handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex policy information clearly and concisely.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Understanding of relevant employment laws, local practices and philosophy; working knowledge of country and local regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or related field
Knowledge of financial and HR-related industry trends
