• Demonstrated experience in a finance performance environment, either in consulting or in industry

• Supported finance function transformation and change (covering areas such as strategy, process, people, technology, and data)

• Supported with current state assessments and future state design and implementation

• Provided assistance on technology implementations (such as Microsoft, SAP, Blackline, Anaplan)

• Performed data analysis and visualisation (using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau)

• Delivered emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning or AI

• Worked within a team to design and run large scale programs of change

• Assisted with business case development

• Developed basic financial models

• Supported project management experience, including stakeholder management

• Displayed lateral thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail

• Worked collaboratively in a diverse team

• Displayed excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling delivery of exceptional quality reporting
