Your key responsibilities
As M&A Experienced Consultant, you will have a dynamic and strategic role with the following challenges:
- Participating in transactions processes – Acquisitions, divestitures or merger assignments;
- Supporting deal origination through regular monitoring and analysis of industries and companies to develop understanding of potential buyers/sellers;
- Providing day-to-day execution support on M&A engagements, actively participating in different transaction workstreams;
- Synthesizing research information to be used in modeling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications;
- Performing in-depth analysis of client financials and business performance, calculate and present key business metrics using internal client data and public data from external sources;
- Developing financial models and valuations with a deep understanding of financial statements analysis;
- Preparing high-quality transaction-related materials;
- Contributing to clients’ business development;
- Preparing robust pitching materials and other presentations for clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Academic education in Finance, Economics or similar fields of study;
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a M&A role, mainly in consulting environment, investment banks, private equity funds and/or boutique advisory firms, or in Financial Due Diligence or Audit;
- Experience in full-scope M&A advisory processes;
- Relevant knowledge about transactions, M&A, Due Diligence and Corporate Finance concepts;
- Results-oriented analytical profile;
- Project management skills: autonomy and proactivity, conducting analysis from beginning to end and structuring the final deliverable fulfilling demanding plans;
- Full Portuguese and English Proficiency.
