- 7 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in people management, as a lead, or coaching or mentoring others.
- Ability to work non-standard on-call rotation work hours including weekends.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in content moderation policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy.
- Experience managing multiple workflows, with the ability to shift focus as per the business requirement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action.
