Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management, strategy, and cross-functional planning (e.g., roadmap, objective and key results, processes).
- 2 years of experience in data analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building and executing strategies for sustainability or environmental programs, with a focus on carbon accounting.
- Experience developing data-driven insights and translating and presenting these into meaningful recommendations for multiple audiences.
- Familiarity with the carbon accounting frameworks (e.g., Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Scope 2 and Scope 3 Guidance) and the Net Zero frameworks (e.g., SBTi, ERI, IPCC).
- Knowledge of sustainability, climate science, carbon reduction efforts, and GHG standards and accounting.
- Understanding of current GHG reporting requirements including the CSRD, EU taxonomy, and other EU-related reporting requirements.
