Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).

Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $23.56 - $41.68 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $34.71 - $48.22 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations for the Partner Directors team, including geographically dispersed teams.
  • Efficiently handle calendar management andmonitoringtooptimizethe Partner Director’s bandwidth.
  • Assistin designing and implementing business processes, coordinating internal and external engagements, and managing communications for the Partner Director.
  • Collaborate with Business Managers, Admins, and Leadership Team members on projects and operational activities.
  • Proactively plan and organizelogisticsfor team meetings (e.g., All Hands, staff meetings, Leadership Team offsites).
  • Support the Executive Business Admin with tasks related to discretionary budgets, headcount, and requisition management.
  • Identifyareas for administrative policy improvement across the broader Security organization in collaboration with other Admins.

  • Full-Time Employee Support:Assist organization with setup orders, ensuring seamless hardware provisioning and setup.
  • Hardware and Peripherals: Our team handles hardware-related requests, from troubleshooting to configuring peripherals.
  • Space-Related Requests:Office setup orreconfiguration,counton us to create an efficient workspace.
  • Global Liaison:Serve asonsite liaison,forfull time employees worldwidefor events and offsites.
