About You
- Minimum of 10 years of desktop support experience.
- Proven experience of 5 years supporting Executives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and always maintain a professional demeanor.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible approach and willingness to assist where required.
- Build strong relationships with the onsite teams and other vendors.
- A polished personal presentation, with a welcoming attitude and friendly personality.
- Proven skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administration skills, e.g. competency in all regular Microsoft packages such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Teams, MS Outlook.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and have a highly proactive approach.
- Brave, adaptable, calm under pressure, you’re unafraid to operate in high-pressure situations.
