Responsibilities:
Work with Marketing, PMM and PR teams to identify new thought leadership opportunities that further support our strategic goals
Track of local and global industry environment and leverage benchmark
Partner with Sales team to support the local strategy, define the pipeline and lead the product implementation
Cross Functional activities (product, engineering, marketing, finance, legal, operations, customer service and others)
Support the coordination of regional to local planning and roadmap
Keep track on several and parallel global and local project execution
Support enhancements of end-to-end customer experiences with products
Skills:
Experience working with payments industry participants
Deep understanding of payment economics and payments ecosystem
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in an ambiguous and cross functional environment with proven track record of delivering projects
Strong negotiation and relationships management skills
Cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills, as well as knowledge of global and local markets, and extensive experience in the digital payments space
Experience creating and articulating customer centric value propositions
An exceptional storyteller, able to craft novel and powerful messages that bring product value propositions to life
Strong analytical skills, with ability to translate data and customer feedback into insights
A problem solver with a high degree of business acumen, experience with strategy development, and the ability to work across a matrixed environment and collaborate and influence effectively at all levels
Curious and energized by a deep understanding of what customers care about, what their goals are, the evolving global payments and shopping landscape
Self-starter who can manage priorities, meet deadlines and has exceptional project management skills, inclusive of the ability to lead and organize the development of marketing materials, new research, or new business proposals
Qualifications:
A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of relevant work-experience
Experience working in one of the following areas:
Product Marketing Management
Marketing or Brand Strategy
Enablement
Consulting
Passionate about:
Technological developments
Payments
Strong analytical background & proven project management experience
Ambitious, entrepreneurial & self-driven personality
Flexibility to work in dynamic, task & result driven environment
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)
