Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the production of digital marketing, with at least two years experience guiding both engineering and creative teams through complex projects.
  • 7 years management experience at a global brand and/or creative agency
Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong team leader. With a track record of building successful teams, developing talent to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals, and optimizing how the team works, so they are effective, efficient, and scale to meet the needs of the business.
  • 10-20+ years of relevant marketing and communications experience at a global brand and/or creative agency.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. You can adapt your communications to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, from junior producers to senior executives.
  • Experience working with large, global brands across a range of marketing touch points
  • Deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
  • Proficient in the latest digital advancements and technology.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
