Your ImpactAs a MuleSoft Developer, you will be responsible for developing application integrations between Salesforce and other IT systems. The development effort includes critical understand of API security (authentication and authorization), application logging and solve existing integration. Working in different areas like>
- MuleSoft Development. Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance integrations using MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform.
- Salesforce Integration. Implement complex integration solutions with Salesforce, ensuring efficient data exchange and business logic alignment.
- API Management. Build, externalize, and handle APIs using MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform while ensuring consistency to industry standard methodologies.
- Security Implementation. Configure MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform to apply robust security controls via OKTA or other identity management systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and policies.
- Rate Limiting. Implement and handle rate limits to control API usage and ensure service availability.
- Data Integration. Design and implement seamless data integration flows, ensuring real-time or batch processing as per requirements.
- Comprehensive Logging. Develop and maintain comprehensive logging frameworks in JSON format, ensuring seamless forwarding to Splunk or similar applications for monitoring and analysis.
- API Documentation. Produce and maintain high-quality API documentation in industry-standard formats such as Open API Specification (OAS).
- Collaboration. Work closely with multi-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business analysts, to understand integration needs and deliver solutions.
- Performance Optimization. Continuously monitor and improve integration performance, scalability, and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:Minimum
yearsof demonstrable experience in MuleSoft development and integration, with the following areas:
- Sophisticated integrations with Salesforce and supporting APIs .
- MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform and its components (e.g., API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange).
- Solid grasp of API design principles and industry-standard formats (e.g., Open API Specification).
- Proficiency in JSON for data formatting and logging.
- Confirmed experience in implementing security controls (e.g., OKTA or other security layers) and applying rate limits.
- Solid understanding of data integration flows and enterprise integration patterns.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with logging frameworks and forwarding logs to Splunk or similar applications.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification.
- Familiarity with additional API gateways or integration platforms is a bonus.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines related to integration deployments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach.
