This Datacenter Senior Electrical Engineerposition will fulfill an on-site role atThis role will serve as a daily on-site presence to review progressand support qualityof multiple concurrent datacenter buildsThe position willbe responsible formonitoring progress for compliance with construction documents fromstages through commissioningclosely with the engineering, procurement,As suchsupport multi-coordination, issue identification and resolution, continuous improvement effortsthe ongoing documentation of project learnings for incorporation into future designs.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience

• ORBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of electrical engineering experience
• ORMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years of electrical engineering experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience specific to datacenter electrical engineering.
• Experience reviewingconstruction drawings, project specifications, and equipment submittals against construction activities to track progress and review potential issues.
• Experience with the design and operation of electrical systems, power distribution systems, backup power systems, electrical power monitoring systems, the control diagrams, sequence of operation for the electrical controls systems, overall network architecture and communication protocols.

• Minimum of 10 years of experiencewithmission critical or high-tech industry projects.
• Registered Professional Electrical Engineer.

• Serve as the on-siteelectricalengineeringand project managementrepresentative throughout construction of a multi-year datacenter campus development.
• Perform regular site walksand site inspectionstoobserveprogress, review construction versusdesign intent, review all benchmarking to ensure standard and quality are met, and flag potential concerns for engineering review.
• Facilitate andparticipatein a close working relationship with allMicrosoftsite personnel – attending construction-based quality and assurance meetings, attend scheduleand milestone review sessions, close monitoring ofoverall project management,Electrical,andElectrical Power Monitoring Systemsrelated risk items with theArchitecturalEngineeringsubject matter experts.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, design guides/standards, sequences of operation, and commissioning documents for technical compliance.
• Supportand oversight ofsubmittal review, RequestForInvoiceresponses, and commissioning activities.
• Facilitatetimelyresponse and enable seamless project execution.
• Possessa high levelof understanding of commercial and industrial architecture and engineering with a primary focus on datacenter design.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and terminology including the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and requirements documents is essential.
• Working knowledge of Electrical Power Monitoring Systems
• Possessleadership competencies anda willingnessto collaborate and work cross- functionally to maximize business results and positive customer experiences.
