Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain a portfolio of dealerships and their lien statuses.
- Research, resolve, and report issues in a timely manner.
- Review documents for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
- Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely across various systems.
- Determine partner needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building.
- Process complex non-routine accounts or transactions, performing investigations and repairs.
- Manage high-level escalated problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate outcome.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with external and internal customers.
- Make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer/dealer partner quickly and effectively.
- Prioritize work effectively to ensure efficiency.
- Make calls to Dealers, Dealer Relationship Managers, DMVs, and customers as required.
- Assist partners in title corrections and title releases.
- Run DMV inquiries and send proof of perfection to partners.
- Help maintain a team mailbox and resolve incoming items.
- Assist in maintaining team SLAs and KPIs.
- Work on titles and title perfection processes.

- Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Possess previous experience in motor vehicle operations and knowledge of auto titles.
- Understand banking industry business structure.
- Adapt highly to change and new environments.
