7+ years of experience working with commercial, product analytics, web analytics, customer care analytics, or other customer experience analytics
Highly proficient in SQL, Experimentation design and principles (A/B testing ) , Tableau, and Excel, Sales force. Familiarity with Product Analytics Tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.) preferred
Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R); experience in developing and deploying machine learning models preferred.
Experience in driving end to end measurement frameworks
Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level
Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems
Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues
Proactive and inquisitive learner seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that solve for our customers, rather than reacting to circumstances
Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
