- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in data-driven roles (Data & Analytics, Product Management, Engineering, or Operations).
- 10 years of experience managing organizational change with a focus on data-driven decisions.
- 10 years of experience leading operational initiatives within a Data & Analytics organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Science.
- 8 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including building relationships, influencing, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in global leadership, including international stakeholder management and driving global alignment on Data & Analytics strategies.
- Deep understanding of Data & Analytics products and technologies.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business implications and articulate the impact of technical decisions on product strategy.
