Job responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and present data and findings to facilitate decision making and business progression
- Coordinate financial management including: pipeline oversight and projections, forecasts, annual budgets, revenue reconciliation and expense management
- Analyze the market position of our clients in NAMR region to develop growth strategies for Treasury Services, Corporate Finance, Markets, Securities Services and other wholesale banking products
- Collaborate across product partners, sales teams and business managers to identify client opportunities to help execute business plans
- Coordinate of the client agenda – client selection and coverage, prioritization, relationship status, growth opportunities, and performance metrics
- Influence production of financial reporting and ad hoc financial analytics and data modeling
- Act as trusted advisor and counterweight to NAMR Subsidiary Banking team leads
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of post-grad experience in finance, project management, or business management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate results to diverse audiences.
- Team-oriented and flexible, with project ownership skills.
- Ability to structure and build quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Professionalism, discretion, and decision-making skills for interacting with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Degree in Finance or General Management.
- Understanding of business drivers and modeling.
