Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience managing brand media campaigns at the agency or client side.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in stakeholder management, prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities as well as the ability to manage stakeholder demands (e.g. client, agency, Googlers).
- Experience managing advertising campaigns for clients in Australia and New Zealand.
- Understanding of the Australia marketing landscape (consumer trends, media channels, partnerships and ecosystems).
- Ability to demonstrate campaign strategy and digital media optimization toward business goals.
- Excellent communication skills along with a track record of judgment in an ambiguous or fluid environment.
