The working environment is cross multiple teams - IT, Architecture, Process Owner & Data Object Owner – you will translate business requirements into meaningful solutions, improve data models and business rules. You will work closely with the Data Object Owner conducting root cause analysis, defining solution proposals and drive issues to resolutions. You will act as an enabler for IT delivery teams, deep diving into data management, internal data processes and systems, as well as helping our team building trust in data with stakeholders. You will also support the execution of strategic programs.

Responsibilities also include the following:

• Intake issues from various roles of the ecosystem, conduct root cause analysis (primarily from business/process) and drive solution design / implementation together with Business and IT
• Support IDM’s Data governance tasks in the team for our License solutions
• Act as Master Data Expert towards Business and IT
• Support our Compliance related audits together with your License Data Management team colleagues

• Own and execute strategic or tactical work packages
• Liaise with supporting teams in a regular trustful relationship

Experience (Role Requirements):

• 2+ years’ experience working in the software industry in Business Process Management, Master Data Management or Business Operations
• Basic Business process knowledge, ideally commercialization processes
• Quote to Cash, delivery and Cloud processes in general
• Knowledge on provisioning process and Sales cycle
• Knowledge on SAP’s License portfolio
• General understanding of Master Data Management and Data Governance of IT products
• Proven track record in delivery of project
• Good understanding of the as-is data and enterprise architecture coupled with technical skills such as developing or modelling data
• High level of enthusiasm for devising new scenarios, investigating, prototyping and operationalizing; ability to understand and structure complex situations
• Good skills in our internal IT systems (CRM, CPQ, Jira)
• Fluency in English
