Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong communication skills, Fluency in English
3-5 years of Sourcing experience
Strong decision-making skills and demonstrated negotiation expertise
Supplier relationship management expertise and client facing skills
Proactive character and team player attitude
High levels of personal drive, initiative, and commitment to business goals
Team player attitude, energetic and pragmatic personality with excellent communication skills
