Senior Test Automation Engineer / Lead AI Test Automation Engineer

You will be part of a dynamic team of professionals working for international clients. By cooperating closely with software designers, developers, testers and other specialists you will be able to develop your technical software testing skills and build a better working world.

Your key responsibilities

• Create and own the test strategy for the software product
• Write and maintain automated tests for various software components
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure software meets quality standards
• Communicate with stakeholders, including product managers, to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and technologies
• Integrate testing activities throughout the entire product life cycle
• Utilize frameworks for UI testing

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing
• Basic knowledge of AI is a plus
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (UI)
• Experience with test­driven development and continuous integration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Professional collaborative software engineering experience with Git, peer reviews
• Proficiency in cloud platforms Azure and/or AWS
• English skill enabling to communicate in teams distributed across the world (B2+)
• Ability to occasionally travel to the client’s location
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar area

Ideally, you’ll also have

• ISTQB Foundation
• Data integration knowledge is a plus
• User research or UX experience is a plus
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry
