Reporting to the ASEAN Applications Leader, this position will be responsible for providing the technical and/or clinical support during the sales process for the Women’s Health Ultrasound segment.Responsibilities include providing pre-sales product demonstrations (clinical trial support) and post-sale installation, training, education and ongoing customer support across our Women’s Health Ultrasound portfolio. This position will be working closely with Country Product Sales Specialist, Channel Partner Applications and Sales Specialists.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provides technical and clinical leadership by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits for the WH ultrasound portfolio for customers, dealers and internal GE personnel.
- Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers, CP and GE Personnel for the WH ultrasound portfolio.
- Monitor customer installations within the designated country to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
- Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
- Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices.
- Act as a mentor to field team, providing clinical and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience for the GE Women's Healthcare Channel partners.
- Communicate with Sales and Applications to align applications activities with sales needs and business objectives.
- Energize CP team and maintain adherence of field processes.
- Collect, analyse and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information.
- Support CP WH application team in high level demos where necessary.
- Educate, coach and direct the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of the WH ultrasound portfolio.
- Work to develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminary collaborations. Build Key Opinion Leaders network within the designated coverage area/ country.
- Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders.
- Is responsible to regularly have “in-field coaching” sessions with CP WH team members: for example, how differentiating and presenting the value of product and understanding the market. Provides regular, timely and productive development feedback.
Required Characteristics:
- At least one of the following core experiences:
- Minimum of 3 years clinical/ technical experience as a general sonographer or:
- At least 2 years commercial applications/Women's Healthcare ultrasound experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
