Job Description
As a SAP Source to Settle Specialist, you will join an energetic and international team of SAP professionals based in Prague. This role offers an exciting opportunity for proactive, responsible individuals looking to start their careers in SAP consulting. You will support the deployment of SAP solutions for new company codes and plants in live market scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Be part of a dynamic, international team that supports SAP deployments for new entities.
Take ownership of project execution, ensuring deployments are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Manage the change management process in collaboration with external technical teams.
Document and review user requirements specifications and configuration documents.
Assist in configuring and designing SAP functionalities and processes within your area of expertise.
Define, execute, and support testing processes for SAP solutions.
Engage in coordination with outsourced support resources within a matrix environment.
Collaborate and share knowledge with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Work closely with other work streams and internal support teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
What We Need:
A proactive coordinator and key contributor to SAP ERP projects.
A minimum of one year of experience in the Source to Settle process or Finance functional area.
An enthusiastic willingness to work in both project environments and production operation support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
A self-organized individual who can work independently while showing initiative.
A collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a cross-cultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other SAP modules within the Supply Chain Management domain (e.g., Material Management, Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management).
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
