As a Director within our Perth based Real Estate Advisory and Project Management (REAPM) team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced local team within our broader national practice with national coverage. You will gain experience across multiple property industry sectors, as well as across business functions within the EY Strategy and Transactions network. Successful applicants will be expected to play key leadership roles, managing and building client relationships, as well as our growing and fast-paced team.
- Be a leader within and grow our REAPM business in Perth and Western Australia while working as part of a national team and working across a range of other property and project-related engagements.
- Provide leadership to our REAPM team in collaborating with a range of government, institutional and private clients to realise their property and development aspirations.
- Manage clients and larger and increasingly complex projects autonomously and be responsible for winning new and repeat work for EY.
- Develop market engagement, strategy and trend analysis and contribute to the growth of REAPM in the Perth and Western Australian Market.
- Work with our REAPM team to deliver financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range of different projects and transactions for income producing and development assets.
- Lead and manage our team in valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties.
- As required, assist and lead other REAPM engagements, which may include a wider team of EY professionals including Infrastructure Advisory, Restructuring, Consulting, Tax and Audit.
- Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to our clients.

- Experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
- Ability to lead projects and teams
