SAP Product Manager Specialist - Ecosystem Unit / Public Cloud

THE ROLE

In this role you will support other team members in running initiatives for internal PMs as well as for partners in order to improve the overall partner experience with SAP. Some of the strategic programs that the team is responsible in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition:

• Increasing out-of-the-box 3rd party product integrations
• Improving extensibility capabilities
• Encouraging the partner ecosystem to build IP

In this role you also will run your own projects and have direct interactions with senior PMs across the organization as well as with our ecosystem partners.

The Product Manager in the ecosystem unit will report to Jan Patrzalek ,the head of the ecosystem unit.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible project manager for own initiatives that support internal PMs as well as partners
• Support other team members / product managers in strategic initiatives
• Market & competitor analysis - Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
• Create executive reporting for the Ecosystem unit
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product marketing and partner management teams

What you bring:

• 3+ years of work experience in the software industry
• Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Computer Applications
• Master in Business Administration preferred
• Experience with APIs and Integration preferred
• Knowledge of AWS/AZURE/GCP/FORCE.com preferred
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with partners and internal teams
• Strong partner/customer orientation
• Strong team player, self-motivated and results-driven
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
