- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.

- Social channel management in corporate setting
- Comfortable presenting to senior-level leadership
- Previous agency experience
- Familiar with Sprinklr and other social media tools.
- Experience managing complex editorial calendars.
- Possesses a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing the audience's needs.
- Experience in project management, navigating varying priorities, tight timelines, organizational alignment, measurement, and accountability.
- Natural leadership qualities, capable of helping, educating, and influencing stakeholders, vendors, and agencies.

- Possess storytelling, creative, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity with persistent drive, guiding workgroups towards consensus and meaningful outcomes.
