Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ALM products, quickly learning and building depth in specific product areas. Deliver hands-on showcases and demonstrate deep expertise, particularly in SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Focused Run. Also guiding customers & partners from transitioning from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM.
Conduct in-depth training and expertise sessions for customers, partners, and colleagues to enhance their understanding and utilization of ALM products.
Drive accelerated adoption of the ALM portfolio by providing comprehensive support and guidance to stakeholders.
Co-develop Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, including creating target customer lists and ideal customer profiles tailored to the region.
Understand region-specific customer needs, drive portfolio field enablement, and build strong customer connections to generate references and success stories.
Provide techno-functional advice and support during strategic customer and partner engagements to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
Support the delivery of communications, events, training sessions to promote ALM products and present in conferences/roadshows.
What you bring
University degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar.
Expertise in SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Focused Run is needed.
Knowledge of managing cloud customers and customer handling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to network across the organization.
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to learn and adapt.
Experience conceptualizing, organizing, and managing large customer events is a plus.
Experience in digital marketing and campaign management is desirable.
