Your role:
Responsible for maintenance and operation of imaging medical equipment (experience with ultrasound is preferred).Focus on First Time Right ensuring there is a clear action plan & preparation, with parts (if required), and diagnosis before the onsite visit.
Keep a record of every client visit according to Philips procedures. Visits, spare parts, equipment diagnostics, equipment history records, are necessary to maintain a good quality service.
Maintain a good relationship with clients providing technical support, troubleshooting & escalation support to Customers, communicates solutions or actions, take ownership, and act in accordance with our regulatory guidelines.

You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 2yrs + of experience in imaging equipment maintenance (ultrasound preferred)
You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, electronic systems engineering, mechatronics, instrumentation and control engineering, biomedical or medical electronic.
You have experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software applications as well asIntermediate English overall level.
Your skills include competent IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service essential.
