The job holder works closely with the regional and global D&T team to support the developing and operating of all aspects of the site’s infrastructure and End User devices in line with corporate guidelines and procedures. Performs duties in line with best D&T practices and applicable regulatory requirements

• Assist the local Technical Support team to provide support for IT systems and End-Users in the facility, including, but not limited to: Shop Floor Systems (SFS), desktop computers and laptops, communication, and collaboration systems
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem determination/resolution
• Support the local technical Support team to collaborate with the regional and global D&T organization to maintain the service catalogue and Service level agreements in alignment with global / regional & site-specific IT services
• Participate in local D&T projects
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs
• Other duties as assigned

• Enrolled student in computer science or a similar study program (ideally with a bachelor's degree in computer science)
• Prior experience of IT support and / or IT operations would be a plus

• Entry level - no prior experience required.

• Desktop support inclusive MS Office Suite
• Microsoft Active Directory (Nice-to-have)
• Microsoft Office 365 (Nice-to-have)
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong service orientation
• Good English skills
