Key job responsibilities- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning North America Stores, influencing broader tech roadmaps and establishing CIA as a center of excellence
- Create executive-level reporting frameworks and deep-dive analysis tools that enable data-driven decision making across the Consumables ecosystem- Design robust, extensible BI solutions setting the standard for technical excellence with focus on scalability, cost-efficiency, and operational leverage
- Create process optimization tools that challenge existing workflows and drive more scalable execution across category operations
- Develop comprehensive intelligence roadmaps addressing automation, scale, and productivity across the consumables value chain- Establish knowledge repositories and analytical frameworks supporting CIA's mission and broader organizational use

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business
