The successful candidate will have strong technical acumen and experience in developing reporting infrastructures and flexible front-end tools. You will conduct deep dive analyses of business growth opportunities and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.Key job responsibilities
1. You will have complete ownership of cross-functional projects, including product definition, roadmap and resource planning, and project execution.
2. You will work closely with business and operations leadership, including executive leadership at Amazon, to define the technical product and provide updates on the program.
3. You will manage all aspects of BI projects such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning.
4. You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
5. You will be responsible for making project decisions, achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus.
6. You will improve current development standards and introduce new capabilities to the team.
7. You will hire and develop the best talents, mentor them on engineering path and help them achieve their career goals.9. Establish new, scalable, efficient, automated processes for tracking and reporting on progress of initiatives.

- 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with ETL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software

- 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment experience
- 10+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience
