In this role, you will be the driving force behind AWS's partner strategy for Agentic AI, working at the intersection of emerging technology and business transformation. You'll collaborate with partners ranging from global system integrators to innovative startups, helping them envision and implement agent-based solutions that deliver exceptional customer value. Your insights will shape both partner strategies and AWS's approach to this transformative technology.Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Agentic AI adoption across the AWS partner network
• Develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies that scale agent-based solutions and use cases
• Provide thought leadership on how Agentic AI transforms partner business models and creates new opportunities
• Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding focused on agent technologies
• Analyze market trends and gather partner/customer feedback to inform AWS's Agentic AI strategy
• Create scalable frameworks that enable partners to successfully build and deploy agent-based solutions
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development
• Lead the development of partner-ready content, training materials, and go-to-market resources

- Experience in Business Development, Partner Development, Product Development, or consulting roles.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud, AI, or related fields
