Senior Associate
We are looking for a Recruiter with 3- 5 years of experience to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit recent graduates & Experienced Professionals and to attract and acquire top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (Sri Lanka), by deploying unique strategies to locate right Talent. As a, you will be responsible to attend, and host recruiting events and build effective programs.
Your key responsibilities
► Contacting university career counsellors and provide informative materials about our internship programs► Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
► To Drive informed, data driven decisions
► Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
► Ensure all positions are closed on time within the budgeted cost
► Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
► Demonstrate Patience, Perseverance and Positive approach to drive fulfilment
► Strong verbal and written communication, active listening and interpretation skills
► Good networking abilities
To qualify for the role, you must have
► Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
► 3 - 5 years of proven recruitment experience, managing large scale and complex hiring
► Should have experience working on various HR applications including Applicant Tracking System
► You should also have demonstrated experience with different sourcing strategies such as social recruiting, online job postings, etc. and excellent relationship-building skills.
► Strong industry outlook
► Approach to learn and adapt quickly to global recruiting trends
► Keen interest to invest time for self-learning, seeking opportunities to work on cross-functional HR projects
► Vision and capability to understand industry trends and build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs
