Job Description:
In your day to day role you will
- Monitor and assess product performance metrics, usage patterns, and other KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps and trends through data analysis and customer feedback.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance models to track product success over time.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for any underperforming products or features.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Propose and support product adjustments, improvements, and new features to increase product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with product managers to define product success criteria and monitor the execution of product roadmaps.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Deliver actionable reports with recommendations on how to improve product performance.
- Communicate product performance results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning by assessing performance data and predicting future trends.
- Help prioritize product investments and resource allocation based on performance data.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to optimize product performance and team collaboration.
- Establish best practices for product performance management across the organization.
