Manage client queries raised on back of COAC and Income events
This may include diagnosing problems and providing operational or technical resolution within defined and limited autonomy
Generally involves managing customer accounts, processing payments, income, or taxes, and resolving queries across multiple corporate- and income-related event
Requires understanding of asset servicing lifecycle
Serves as point of contact for internal communication with Client Service and Operations
Flexible with extended hours as per business requirements to meet client expectations
Ability to work under pressure and in different shifts
Manage complex cases and ensure great turnaround
Good to work for extended hours during high volumes and manage deadline driven activities
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum experience 6-7 years in Financial Services industry, preferably in custody asset servicing & fund services, markets or prime brokerage, securities lending space
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel (lookups, etc.), and Outlook
