• At least 6 years of graphic design experience
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite with Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience working with additional creative, visual, interactive, and multimedia tools a plus
• Expert knowledge of procedures and technical concepts required for role
• Extensive experience in producing electronic and print deliverables
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Minimum two-year Associates degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
• Additional coursework, college-level, or post-graduate studies in graphic design or a related field
• Experience in an engineering consulting environment, working directly with project teams to create compelling visuals for various types of projects
• Collaborative and engaging attitude – works well in a detail-focused, highly deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
• Ability to problem solve and contribute to moderate to complex visual solutions
• Ability to handle multiple project assignments at a time, set priorities, manage time, and organize work according to best practices
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when project deadlines require
