Roles & Responsibilities
· Prepare regular reports for management on SCM KPIs, operational issues (e.g., supply shortages, aging inventory, low forecast accuracy), and the progress of ongoing SCM initiatives
· Monitor system data to detect operational issues in areas such as sales forecasting and inventory management, and work closely with local teams to define and implement improvement plans
· Participate in cross-functional innovation projects that involve supply chain or business process enhancements with internal and/or external stakeholders
· Act as the regional SCM trainer by developing training materials and conducting workshops to enhance subsidiaries’ capabilities in SCM processes and systems
Requirements
· 3–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in supply chain management or a related field
· Experience in SCM consulting or SCM solution implementation is a strong advantage
· Proficient in data analysis with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Familiarity with database systems or planning tools
· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills; able to work effectively across functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and logistics
· Confident presenter with the ability to communicate insights and strategies to management
