As a Chief Greater China Economist, you will manage a team of three economists, contributing to our top-rated global economics effort. You will generate market-moving insights in close partnership with economists and strategists across the globe, serving clients across the entire spectrum of JPMorgan’s business. This role requires maintaining a high public profile and close contact with policymakers.

Job Responsibilities
• Generate macroeconomic and policy views for Greater China
• Contribute to Asia regional and global economics and strategy products
• Manage the Greater China economics team
• Establish a strong profile with internal stakeholder and external firm-wide clients

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Ph.D. in Economics
• Proven track record producing macroeconomic research
• Management experience, preferably in an economics team

• Experience in leading a team of economists
• Strong communication skills with policymakers
• Ability to generate market-moving insights
• Experience in collaborating with global strategists
