Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively engage a team of Market Development Managers (field sales) to inspire, coach, and motivate them to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, set clear goals and expectations and proactively support their achievement
- Build exceptional relationships with SMB communities and merchants by establishing rapport and developing trust to understand their needs
- Be passionate about helping small business and demonstrate a strong ability to drive sales effectiveness, quality, and efficiency while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proactively monitor key performance indicators to analyze trends, identify best practices and opportunities, and create and execute action plans to meet and exceed established sales and quality goals

Requirements:
- 5 + years of relevant sales management experience within a B2B, financial services or business development environment preferably within SMB
- Must have a proven track record of success in meetingsales targets, familiarity with selling methodologiesand experience driving innovation
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, and proven experience adapting and thriving in a high energy, ever-changing, dynamic sales environment
- Open to personal change and continuous improvement and the ability to build relationships and trust quickly with team, peers, and leaders across the organization
- Proven leadership in building, developing, and retaining high performing teams
- Bachelor’s Degree
