- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- 2 years of experience managing people or teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience orchestrating and scaling events and programs for technical audiences, including budget management.
- Experience in building and nurturing teams within an entrepreneurial culture.
- Knowledge of industry trends, especially those impacting developers and developer tools.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive plans, and cultivate cross-functional partnerships.
- Ability to work in changing, collaborative environments.
