Senior Recruiter (Assistant Manager) - Consulting

Dublin, Ireland

(Full-time) 11 months Fixed Term Supervising Associate

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building : Proactively source top-tier talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced tools. Build and maintain strong pipelines to ensure timely and effective hiring across key Consulting roles. Collaborate with the team to develop resourcing campaigns and innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract talent in a digital-first environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build exceptional working relationships with stakeholders, operating with autonomy to deliver a tailored recruitment service that meets business needs. Drive the recruitment process with confidence and clarity.
  • Innovation & Change Leadership : Champion new processes and digital sourcing strategies. Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to identify and nurture high-potential talent. Develop a deep understanding of the EY recruitment cycle, including key stages and potential bottlenecks, and apply this knowledge to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Data & Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in recruitment systems. Produce and analyse weekly and monthly MI reports for key stakeholders, using insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment journey. Recognise the importance of clean data and timely candidate management in delivering a best-in-class experience.
  • Team Collaboration : Act as a team player and role model, supporting and mentoring colleagues to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture. Understand how your contributions drive team success and help others maximise theirs.
  • Operations : Enable an innovative and collaborative environment by embracing change and driving the adoption of new processes and ways of working. Lead by example in managing change, aligning with established processes, and adhering to best practices. Take a solution-focused approach and demonstrate a strong appetite for continuous learning.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Proven Recruitment Expertise : Demonstrated experience as a senior recruiter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally within professional services or consulting.
  • Advanced Sourcing Techniques : Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top-tier talent.
  • Stakeholder Management : Strong ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, delivering tailored recruitment solutions with autonomy and confidence.
  • Data-Driven Mindset : Skilled in maintaining accurate recruitment data and generating actionable insights through weekly/monthly MI reporting.
  • Digital & Campaign Savvy : Experience in developing and executing digital resourcing campaigns and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Change Agility : Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment with a proactive approach to process improvement and innovation.
  • Candidate Experience Focus : Committed to delivering a seamless and professional candidate journey through timely communication and efficient process management.
