As a Senior Business Analyst at Workforce Solutions, you will be responsible for converting complex data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making. Leveraging your expertise in data platforms, analytical tools, and visualization techniques, you will develop scalable solutions to deliver timely, meaningful, and consumable information to stakeholders.Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data management processes, including accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA/Python code, and organizing data for reporting
- Retrieve and analyze large, disparate data sets using SQL, Excel, and other data management systems to uncover trends and patterns
- Build and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes- Generate complex queries to dive deep on process issues and uncover root causes
A day in the life
Self-motivated, flexible, hardworking team player who enjoys technical challenges. You will be directly responsible for maintaining front-end code using Python, SQL, HTML, Java, and R, while designing and developing automated data pipelines, sophisticated analytical modeling, and intuitive data visualization solutions. The complexity of this role extends well beyond basic data entry and extraction, requiring advanced technical skills and analytical capabilities.

- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 5+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, HTML, Java, and R or other similar coding languages (or ability to quickly learn these technologies)
