As part of our business development team, you’ll build strategic relationships with executives from leading organizations. By understanding their business issues and imperatives and collaborating with other teams, you’ll help to identify and shape the solutions to client issues. Your Key Responsibilities
This role is for people with a client focus, solid analytical skills, and sales driven mindset.
- Business Development Work:
- Create and update marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Utilize Marketo to develop alerts and newsletters for clients.
- Conduct market research on competitors' offerings, executive hires, and go-to-market strategies.
- Make phone calls to potential clients and attend networking events to promote services and build relationships.
- SEO and Website Management:
- Manage and optimize the firm's blog for SEO.
- Update website content as needed.
- Operational Support:
- Manage Tax-wide tools and systems.
- Build automated tools using UiPath to support research and operational tasks.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop dashboards in Excel or PowerPoint to measure and report on business development initiatives for leadership.
- Event Organization:
- Assist in organizing both virtual (webcasts using MS Teams) and physical events.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to publish the annual tax and legal guide.
- Manage the project timeline, collect information, and ensure timely updates
- Ability to meet deadlines
To qualify for the role, you should have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Greek.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Marketo, and UiPath.
- Experience with SEO and website management is preferred.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
