We are looking for a hard-working Salesforce Technical Architect to design elite Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. You will be responsible for optimally designing and managing the successful delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for our customers. These technologies include—but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce (http://salesforce.com/) products and APIs, Apex/LWC, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Provide oversight for Salesforce projects and design solutions based on best practices, focusing on point-and-click configurations- Define coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality. Lead delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migrations in Salesforce
- 10+ years experience with a minimum of 8+ years on the Salesforce platform
- Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations
- Proven experience designing complex, large-scale Salesforce architectures across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Familiarity with any other CRM application (except Salesforce) will be a huge plus
- Familiarity with Java and related frameworks
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
- Familiarity with Javascript and front end technologies
