What you will accomplish:

• Build a best-in-class Point Of Sale system for Local Game Stores, used by thousands of customers domestically and internationally, allowing them to profitably grow their business in an omni-channel environment

• You will assist in writing, testing, and debugging code under the guidance of more experienced engineers.

• You will actively engage in learning opportunities to improve technical skills and understanding of software development processes.

• You will seek feedback and mentorship from senior team members to enhance professional development.

• You will learn to identify and understand problems, proposing simple solutions where applicable, and assist in troubleshooting and application support.
  

What you will bring:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of practical experience.

• Familiarity with at least one object oriented programming language (C#, Java, Python)

• Familiarity of RDBMS technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and familiarity of NoSQL stores (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)

• Familiarity with development tools and environments, such as version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership and collaboration skills
