You will participate in the execution of everyday dealings and handle exceptional situations/requests/issues. You will support one-of-a-kind initiatives. You will drive and coordinate activities associated with on-top projects.

You will be expected to look for improvement opportunities and to assist implementation of changes for our organization to do faster, to deliver better results, and to enhance employee experience.
This is a temporary role supposed to help with the increased load and upcoming projects.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will:
  • Contribute to delivery of payroll services in line with local legal regulations, corporate policies and procedures
  • Participate in monthly payroll operations, including maintenance of employee records, execution of selected controls, and reporting
  • Lead activities on internal projects, as required
  • Cooperate with upstream and downstream processes, internal functions (primarily HR, Finance, Treasury, HR Accounting), and external suppliers of our payroll system
  • Handle employee queries and other incoming questions/requests
  • Help team collaboration and execution of activities on a country level
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and requests, where needed


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in a similar position or in the broader HR
  • Knowledge of local payroll, tax and social security related regulations and best practices
  • Hands-on experience in project coordination
  • Strong focus on delivery timeliness and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Fluent Polish and intermediate English


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Prior work experience in international companies
  • Practical expertise using Simple ERP, Workday and SAP Success Factors
